Eco2u recently installed a 7.2kW array with a hybrid inverter, battery storage, and bird protection for us at a brilliant price. Ryan was fantastic during the quoting stage and answered all my questions/requests promptly. On the day, the installation team arrived right on time, were very friendly, and did an incredibly neat job with all the cable management. They got me set up on the FoxESS app quickly and tidied up completely before leaving. Installation was all done in just one day! A special shoutout to Kurt, who was super helpful, incredibly friendly, and fully committed to making sure we were 100% happy with the installation. The owner of Eco2u even stopped by to check on the job on the installation day, which was a really thoughtful touch. We've been practically off-grid since the system went live in September 2026. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Eco2u to anyone. Bring on the summer!

Absolutely fantastic experience. I spent many weeks comparing quotes, analysing systems (using AI) and settled on 2 companies based on the system specs, price and warranty. The difference at the time was that the team at Eco 2U were willing to go the extra mile working around my requirements without giving me excuses. As a project manager in my professional life, this makes a huge difference when selecting suppliers, so credit to the team there. Once I had selected ECO 2U as my supplier, they constantly kept me updated on the DNO application progress and potential installation dates. Communication was very good. Fast forward to the installation and I was super impressed with the professionalism of the team, the attention to detail and the fact that they used waste packaging as additional protection to prevent scratching on the system before handover. Minor details like that make a big difference. Whilst the installation didn’t go without some minor issues, they were responsive to that and managed to limit the impact to the system handover. Very impressed overall, thanks team.

I couldn’t be more pleased. I very much rarely rate a review as 5 star however I make an exception in this instance. I contacted ECO2U NW as I was struggling to make a decision on an ev charger as this was my first ev car. Les the founder talked me through options clearly and once I explained what I required from the product and agreed what I needed Les offered the most competitive quote straight off. Installation was arranged without the long delays I had been quoted by others Les came himself and the installation took about an hour and a half, no mess and very neat. No visible cables on the outside wall and because I opted for an untethered charger only the charger box is visible. Les then talked me through the operation and we tested the charger with the car with no issues. So simple to use and saving me so much by not using a public charger. I set my charger on the app which Les showed me how to operate and charge my vehicle by timing off peak. I could not be more satisfied with both the installation and the charger. Highly recommended.
